Our range of pipe insulation sections is a highly efficient way to insulate your pipes.  We stock a complete range from self-sealing Armaflex Pipe Insulation, Knauf Mineral Wool Pipe Insulation & Rockwool Pipe Insulation to Kingspan Pipe Insulation and Isover Pipe Insulation in a variety of thicknesses and pipe section sizes.

There are four popular materials used to insulate cold and chilled water pipes, these are cellular glass, glass fibre, phenolic foam, and polyurethane foam.

Valve Insulation Wraps, are flexible thermal insulation covers/valve insulation covers designed to fully insulate your pipes to fully protect your pipes from extreme temperatures. They can also be referred to as thermal wraps or thermal jackets.

Our valve insulation wraps conform to BS5422 and are fabricated from an 80-gram silicone coated glass fibre cloth and an infill of 50mm insulation, complete with velcro fastening and pull cords.

They also are available in a range of colours and sizes.

It all depends on the thickness of your walls and building project.

There are all sorts of insulated plasterboard, there’s fire-resistant, moisture-resistant plasterboard, square edge plasterboard, and fibre-free insulated plasterboard. Plus the insulated plasterboard all come in a variety of thicknesses and sizes.

Gate valves require ad-hoc maintenance, but insulating them is also a vital required too. We have a range of removable insulation jackets such as Gate Valve Insulation Covers that ensure you don’t lose any unnecessary heat.

They are available in a variety of sizes and can be used at temperatures up to 230 degrees.

Our ProClad self-adhesive cladding insulation is ideal. It’s easy to install as it has a peel-off design –  so no mastics or adhesives are required.

Plus you won’t need any special tools as it’s super easy to cut too.

Slab Insulate is perfect for rectangular, circular and flat oval ductwork and can be used in HVAC / building services applications.

Wool insulation is a flexible glass mineral wool and is designed to provide thermal and acoustic insulation for ductwork, tanks and larger diameter pipes.

Also known as thermal insulation pipe covers are designed to insulate a variety of pipework and valves. Foremost to improve energy efficiency, then provide insulation against low temperatures and from potential scald and burn hazards from hot pipes when working close to the pipework.

Mineral wool is an excellent cost-effective solution. It has excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties, and it’s super easy to install. The mineral wool comes in rolls, so you simply roll it between the joists or rafters, put it in place to the recommended depth – but be careful as it can irritate the skin, so be sure to cover any bare skin. 

Slab insulation is an excellent choice if your loft is damp. Slab insulation again is super easy to fit. It’s water-repellent and breathable too. 

Knauf Acoustic Mineral Wool is multi-purpose, acoustic mineral wool. 

It has excellent thermal and acoustic properties and can be used in a variety of ways such as flooring joists, stud-frame walls and ceilings.

To run the optimum HVAC system, it’s key to have the ductwork thermally insulated to not only ensure that any heat loss is reduced and it also ensures that the air travelling through the system is always kept at the desired temperature an there are no leakages.

Simple answer: YES. They all have velcro fastenings and pull cords for extra security. This means they can be easily removed for when servicing or inspection is required to the pipework.
